There's a place in Tennessee where snow white corn and pure limestone water come together to create an exceptional whiskey mash. A week later, we distill it in our copper still. The new whiskey then spends another week mellowing through sugar maple charcoal before aging in heavily charred, new American white oak barrels. We don't chill filter our whiskey, and every bottle is drawn from a single barrel, showcasing the unique character for a truly distinctive Tennessee Whiskey experience.
